Usage

Put the mat on dry surface. Carefully lie down on it or place on the mat only selected part of the body, such as feet or neck, in a way to avoid skin irritation. Adjust your position to feel comfortable. Using Acupressure Mat for the first time might be experienced as a bit painful, but as time passes, it will turn into feeling of pleasure and relaxation. Exercises should begin with short 5-minutes sessions. As the body gets used to it, the time of lying on the mat can be systematically increased. Using the mat for more than 30 minutes a day is not recommended. In the event of pain or other disturbing symptoms, such as reddening of the skin or occurrence of an allergic reaction, the usage of the product should be discontinued immediately.

Maintenance

After use, wipe the product with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry away from artificial heat sources. The cover can be washed by hand at 30 degrees. Protect against direct sunlight. Keep away from open fire. Store the product in room temperature.
