Bunion aligner for daily use. Additional metatarsal pad elevates the arch and ensures a correct position of the foot. It eliminates the pain. Used in hallux valgus treatment. Sold in pieces. Different for left and right foot. A three-point force system is designed to apply corrective force for bunion alignment. An adjustable strap can gently guide your toe into proper alignment and allow you to regulate tension. The stabilization strap and the optional usage of the metatarsal pad can also reestablish the distal transverse arch of the foot to relieve the common pressure/pain over ball of the foot area. Strong but very elastic material provides a snug fit over your joint. Fit easily into most footwear.

Instructions for use

Indications (target patient group):  Prophylaxis in the formation of bunions

Contraindications: Skin changes within the impact of the product.

Intended user: The medical device is intended for laypersons (non-professional users).

Usage: Use the product for 1 hour and then gradually prolong the usage time till 4-5h. For the optimum corrective treatment please consult your doctor.

Maintenance: Handwash in soap water. Dry away from artificial heat sources.

Disposal of the medical device: The device must be disposed of following the applicable local environmental regulations.

Warnings:

Do not use the device if it has been damaged or deformed. 

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Do not use a device of the wrong size or in a way for which it is not intended. If you experience any problems related to using the product, please contact your doctor.­  Failure to observe proper personal hygiene and inappropriate cleaning detergents can cause abrasions or other ailments associated with increased sweating and bacterial growth.
