Hallux valgus protector I206

Elastic hallux valgus protector with lateral silicone pad is made of elastic knitwear in the shape of a tube for toe and metatarsus. Silicon protection cover is placed on the lateral area of the tow part. The cover reduces pain caused by hallux valgus, prevents overmuch shoe galling and takes up side impacts. Protection is anatomically adjusted and isolates painful areas, helps to heal the skin. May be used with socks and open shoes.

Indications (target patient group)

• Protection of hallux valgus bulge against mechanical damage.

Contraindications:

• Skin changes within the impact of the product.

Intended user: The medical device is intended for laypersons (non-professional users).

Usage: Slide the cover in the way providing silicon on the outer part of the toe.

Maintenance: Store away from direct sunlight and ensure they are not twisted. Use soap or shampoo with warm water to gently hand wash. Dry away from artificial heat before wearing.

Disposal of the medical device: The device must be disposed of following the applicable local environmental regulations.

Warnings:

Do not use the device if it has been damaged or deformed.

If you experience any problems related to using the product, please contact your doctor.­  Failure to observe proper personal hygiene and inappropriate cleaning detergents can cause abrasions or other ailments associated with increased sweating and bacterial growth.
