Hot/Cold therapy is great for emergency injury inflammation, strains and sprains, bruises and bumps. Heat therapy is stopped in relieving chronic pain, improving blood circulation and achieving relaxation. It also helps athletes. The compress can be used many times.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Indications:
- treatment of lumbago,
- sciatica,
- chronic injuries,
- rheumatic myalgia,
- joint stiffness,
- menstrual cramps.
Contraindications:
- Skin changes within the impact of the product.
Usage:
HOT Therapy:
- Put the pad into the medium power microwave oven (800 W) for 50 secs.
- Get it out and check the temperature.
- Repeat the operation of putting it in and getting it out after every 10 secs to reach the optimal temperature.
- Apply to skin without additional protective cover.
- Do not exceed 80 secs in total, overheating may rupture the product.
COLD therapy:
- Place the pad in freezer for 2 h.
- Apply to skin without additional protective cover.
- After use, place the gel pad in the freezer for 1 h before using again.
- Keep the gel pad in a freezer storage bag in the freezer when not in use.
Attention: Apply to affected area for no longer than 20 min, please wait at least 20 min before reapplying.
Maintenance: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth without the use of detergent.

87% water, 10% glycerin, 2% sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, 1% nylon
