This exercise ball is an inflatable ball designed to strengthen the spine musculature, mobility of the spine joints relaxation, abdominal training, pelvis training and neck massage.

Exercise Ball is recommended by professionals as a part of everyday training for those people where safety is a primary concern such as pregnant women and elderly people. The Peanut Ball is uni-directional, only moving back and forth versus multi-directional regular balls. This provides more stability and control. The balls are ideal for rehabilitation use and therapy for children and senior patients.

This Anti-Burst Gym Bali is a very safe product designed to deflate slowly if punctured. The product is intended for indoor use on a flat hard surface.

Attention! Do not inflate beyond the maximum stated diameter. Keep away from a sharp object, fire and other sources of heat. Always consult your physician before starting a new training.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Indications:

• Recommendations for increasing joint mobility
• Recommendations for exercises in correcting posture defects
• Mild pain in the back and neck, which can be reduced as a result of physiotherapy and rehabilitation activities

Contraindications:

• Before starting new sets of exercises, it is recommended to consult a physiotherapist or physiotherapist.
• Do not use it by patients with impaired sensation and people with skin lesions such as ulcers, blisters, abrasions, etc.

Usage:

Remove the ball from the packaging. Spread the ball out on the floor, allowing most of the creases to come out. Allow it to come to room temperature before inflating. Once the exercise ball is at room temperature remove its plug. Inflate the ball to the proper diameter. Remove the pump and replace the plug. Pump the ball gradually to allow the material to stretch slowly. To achieve the optimal size of the ball after 24 hours, inflate the air until the ball reaches the assigned size (repeat the action if necessary). The use of the ball can only take place in a safe environment that does not expose the user to impacts in case of loss of balance. Therefore, make sure that there are no furniture with hard and sharp surfaces or other dangerous objects within the user's reach.

Warning! Do not inflate above the maximum allowed size marked on the package. Measure the ball diameter. Keep the ball away from sharp objects, do not expose it to direct sunlight. The material the ball is made of may need expanding to reach expected diameter. It is recommended to fill the ball with the air to 80-85% and complete blowing after few next hours to get the final size.

Maintenance: Wash the product after use under running water with a mild detergent. Dry away from artificial heat sources.
