Balance pods

Balance Pods are dynamic balance tools made of soft yet durable material. Balance Pods will help you work on your balance, posture, agility and motor skills to strengthen and tone your whole body. Balance Pods are used for improving body awareness and stabilization.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Indications (target patient group)

• coordination and stabilization exercises
• effective body shaping and correction of posture defects
• activation of many muscle groups through comprehensive training of the whole body
• improvement of balance and motor coordination

Contraindications:

• occurrence of pain during exercise
• conditions immediately following bone sprains or fractures
• incomplete bone union
• inflammation of joints and periarticular tissues
• swelling
• fresh postoperative scars or other wounds

Intended user: The medical device is intended for laypersons (non-professional users).

Cleaning and maintenance:

Balance Pods should be washed with running water and a mild detergent.

Disposal of the medical device: The device must be disposed of following the applicable local environmental regulations.

Warnings

Do not use the device if it has been damaged or deformed. 

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Do not use a device of the wrong size or in a way for which it is not intended. If you experience any problems related to using the product, please contact your doctor.­  Failure to observe proper personal hygiene and inappropriate cleaning detergents can cause abrasions or other ailments associated with increased sweating and bacterial growth.

NOTE: Any serious incident in connection with the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is based.­­
