INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Indications:
- coordination and stabilization exercises
- effective body shaping and correction of posture defects

Contraindications:
- occurrence of pain during exercise
- conditions immediately following bone sprains or fractures
- incomplete bone union
- inflammation of joints and periarticular tissues
- swelling
- fresh postoperative scars or other wounds
Cleaning and maintenance:
Balance Pods should be washed with running water and a mild detergent.
