It is a classic ball perfect for point-by-point self-massage of different areas of the body, which guarantees a total relaxation of your deep-lying muscle groups of hard-to-access areas of the body like the neck, shoulders and chest. It can be easily used for recovery, mobility and pain relief. With properly chosen exercises you can treat specific potential pain sources. The ball is especially recommended for loosening gluteal muscles, gastrocnemius and plantar fascia but it can be successfully used for self-massage of every part of the body. The product is made of high-density foam, durable, easy to clean and portable. It can be used at home, at work or during your physiotherapy.

Indications (target patient group)

• Pain associated with various types of training
• States of muscle tone requiring relaxation
• Conditions that require improving concentration in children with ADHD
• Conditions requiring an increase in the elasticity of the popliteal tendons
• Conditions requiring reduction of arterial stiffness and improvement of vascular endothelial function

  Contraindications:

• Don’t use the product on open wound areas or on bruises.
• Don’t use the product for self-massage on the joints or/ and bones area.
• Discontinue any exercise that is uncomfortable or causes discomfort, such as dizziness, poor blood circulation or other physiological abnormalities and consult your doctor.

Intended user: The medical device is intended for laypersons (non-professional users).

Maintenance: After use wash the product under running water with a mild detergent. Dry away from artificial heat sources.

Disposal of the medical device: The device must be disposed of following the applicable local environmental regulations.

Warnings

Do not use the device if it has been damaged or deformed. 

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Do not use a device of the wrong size or in a way for which it is not intended. If you experience any problems related to using the product, please contact your doctor.­  Failure to observe proper personal hygiene and inappropriate cleaning detergents can cause abrasions or other ailments associated with increased sweating and bacterial growth.
