It is a classic ball perfect for point-by-point self-massage of different areas of the body, which guarantees a total relaxation of your deep-lying muscle groups or hard-to-access areas of the body like the neck, posterior, shoulders, and chest. It can be easily used for recovery, mobility and pain relief. With properly chosen exercises you can treat specific potential pain sources. The Standard Ball is especially recommended for loosening gluteal muscles, gastrocnemius and plantar fascia but it can be successfully used for self-massage of every part of the body. The product is made of high-density foam, durable, easy to clean and portable. It can be used qt home, at work or during your physiotherapy.

Instruction for use

Indications (target patient group)

• it is recommended for relaxing the gluteal muscles, gastrocnemius muscles and the plantar fascia
• can be successfully used for self-massage of any part of the body
• increasing the blood supply and flexibility of the muscles

Contraindications:

• Do not use the product in the event of open wounds or bleeding from blood vessels within the operation of the product.
• Do not use to massage joints and/or bones. If in doubt, contact your doctor or physical therapist.
• Stop exercising that is too demanding or causes discomfort such as dizziness, decreased blood circulation, or other discomforts.

Intended user: The medical device is intended for laypersons (non-professional users).

Maintenance: Wash in lukewarm water with soap. Dry away from artificial heat sources.

Disposal of the medical device: The device must be disposed of following the applicable local environmental regulations.

Warnings

Do not use the device if it has been damaged or deformed. 

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Do not use a device of the wrong size or in a way for which it is not intended. If you experience any problems related to using the product, please contact your doctor.­  Failure to observe proper personal hygiene and inappropriate cleaning detergents can cause abrasions or other ailments associated with increased sweating and bacterial growth.

NOTE: Any serious incident in connection with the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is based.­­
