Duo Ball

The Duo Ball is a specially designed roller that consists of two joined balls. The unique shape of the product is ideal for massaging parallel lines of muscles in the neck and back, since the gap is gentle on bony structures. It is also suitable for shoulders, arms and legs massage. It erases trigger points, sore muscles, tension, and pain from your body. A simple tool used to improve muscle mobility and flexibility. Ideal for those who are spending much time in a sitting position. Great for all sports enthusiasts to relax after the training.  It can be used as a part of physiotherapy treatment for patients with degenerative disc disease and paraspinal muscle tension in chronic back pain. The product is made of high-density foam, durable, easy to clean and portable. It can be used at home, at work or during your physiotherapy.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Indications (target patient group)

• Mild pain in the neck and thoracic spine.
• Recommendations for use in physiotherapy for people with discopathy and increased tension in the paraspinal muscles.
• Recommendations for use in the massage of the back, upper and lower limbs

Contraindications:

• occurrence of pain during exercise
• conditions immediately following bone sprains or fractures
• incomplete bone union
• inflammation of joints and periarticular tissues
• swelling
• fresh postoperative scars or other wounds

Intended user: The medical device is intended for laypersons (non-professional users).

WARNING! Discontinue any exercise that is uncomfortable or causes discomfort, such as dizziness, poor blood circulation or other physiological abnormalities, and consult your doctor.

Maintenance: After use wash the product under running water with a mild detergent. Dry away from artificial heat sources.

Disposal of the medical device: The device must be disposed of following the applicable local environmental regulations.

Warnings

Do not use the device if it has been damaged or deformed. 

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.

Do not use a device of the wrong size or in a way for which it is not intended. If you experience any problems related to using the product, please contact your doctor.­  Failure to observe proper personal hygiene and inappropriate cleaning detergents can cause abrasions or other ailments associated with increased sweating and bacterial growth.

NOTE: Any serious incident in connection with the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or patient is based.­­
