Mini Roller is the perfect complement to the self-massage performed with the Qmed Standard Roller, because its compact size facilitates deep relaxation of smaller muscle groups, more difficult to access by a larger roller. The smaller roller helps in deeper and more precise massage.

The purpose of Mini Roller’s usage is to prevent injuries, improve athletic performance by reducing muscle soreness after exercise and faster recovery of the body after exercise.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Indications:

Therapy of muscle pain (including chronic pain), overloads, injuries and inflammation.
Compression of tissues limiting movement.

Contraindications:

Skin changes within the impact of the product, fractures or increased bone fragility, deep vein thrombosis and taking blood-thinning drugs.

Maintenance: After use wash the product under running water with a mild detergent. Dry away from artificial heat sources.
